Frozen Yogurt Banana Sweet Treats
Getting my toddler to eat anything other than berries is a struggle these days. Between her exclaiming “All done!” or flipping her plate off her high chair, I’m also going to start crying during meal times. But, I found a way to encourage her to eat her dinner (without using chocolate chippies as a bribe) and instead finding a healthy sweet treat for her to enjoy after dinner. Plus, this recipe for frozen yogurt banana sweet treats only takes 5 minutes to make and then a couple hours in a freezer. And (*fingers crossed*) it leads to a happy toddler during dinner time!
Smashed Potato Bellinis
Crispy smashed potato bellinis are a sophisticated yet approachable appetizer, featuring golden, crunchy potatoes topped with creamy crème fraîche and a touch of caviar for a perfectly balanced bite. Ideal for entertaining, they combine comforting flavors with an elegant presentation that feels special without being complicated.
Roasted Garlic Tomatoes
There’s something magical about roasted garlic tomatoes—the way the oven transforms simple ingredients into something deeply savory, sweet and comforting. As the tomatoes blister and caramelize, the garlic softens into a mellow richness that fills the kitchen with the kind of aroma that makes everyone wander in asking, “What’s cooking?”
Crispy Pepperoni Pizza
Maybe it’s just me, but I find that making pizza at home does not increase my blood sugars in the way going out or ordering pizza in does. Plus, now that I have a toddler (who is OBSESSED with pepperoni), pizza is a weekly staple in our house. So, you could also say this recipe is toddler approved…
